What the website currently processes

• Basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and security events. This may be processed in hosting or security logs.
• Opening a service booking connects your browser to the XRP Clinical Platform. Information you enter and submit in that booking is handled through the booking platform for your appointment.
• Clinic maps are drawn from OpenStreetMap map images, so your browser requests those images (including your IP address) from the OpenStreetMap Foundation. They do not set cookies.
• If you choose to load the interactive map or open Google Maps, Google may receive technical information under its own privacy terms.

Information supplied when booking

The embedded booking may request information needed to arrange your appointment. Review the information and terms provided in the booking, and supply only what is relevant to your appointment.

• Vercel provides website hosting. The XRP Clinical Platform receives the technical information needed to load a booking and the information you choose to submit during the booking process.
• The website does not copy booking-form responses into its own page state. The booking platform handles submitted appointment information.
• If a visitor loads Google Maps, information is handled by Google under Google’s own terms and retention practices.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to be informed, access your information, correct it, ask for erasure or restriction, object to processing and receive portable data. Some rights are not absolute.
