What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a device. Similar technologies can remember settings, keep a service secure, measure use or build an advertising profile.
UK privacy rules generally require clear information and a visitor’s consent before non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used.
Technology used on this site
- Essential infrastructure: the hosting and security platform may use strictly necessary technology to deliver the site, prevent abuse or protect restricted deployments.
- Clinic maps: the street map images come from OpenStreetMap and do not use cookies. Your browser requests them directly, so OpenStreetMap receives technical information such as your IP address.
- Google Maps: the interactive Google map is blocked until you choose “Interactive map”. Loading it connects to Google, which may use cookies or similar technology under its own policies.
- Analytics: none intentionally enabled.
- Advertising or cross-site profiling: none intentionally enabled.
- Appointment bookings: individual service pages load the matching XRP Clinical Platform booking directly. Other pages load it when you open a booking. Any technology used within the booking is governed by the information provided by that platform.
Your map choice
You can view the clinic address and street map without loading Google Maps. If you choose “Interactive map”, you are choosing to connect to Google for that content. The “Directions” link instead opens Google Maps in a separate tab.
Browser settings can remove or block cookies, although blocking strictly necessary technology may affect security or access. Google provides its own controls for information processed through its services.
When this notice must change
If Pharmacillin adds analytics, advertising, chat, video or other non-essential technology, it must update this notice and introduce an appropriate consent control before that technology loads.
Pharmacillin does not currently activate analytics or advertising technology. The interactive Google map is click-to-load; an individual service page displays its matching appointment booking directly.
