Accessibility statement

Our accessibility target

The site has been designed with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its target. We are not making a formal claim of full conformance until a complete accessibility audit, including assistive-technology testing, has been completed.

Measures already included

• A mobile-first responsive layout with scalable text and clear spacing.
• Semantic page landmarks, heading order and a skip link to main content.
• Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, disclosures and buttons.
• Visible focus styles, descriptive link text and text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Reduced animation when a device requests reduced motion.
• Clinic addresses and legal information provided as text rather than only inside a map.

Known limitations

• A full audit with a representative range of browsers, screen readers, zoom levels and voice-control tools is still required.
• Optional Google Maps content is supplied by a third party and may have accessibility limitations outside Pharmacillin’s control. The clinic address and an external map link are provided as alternatives.
• The consultation dialog contains labelled choices, keyboard focus containment, linked validation guidance and a clear notice that online enquiries are not enabled.
